My delivery appointment was at7:00 a.m. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. and checked in at 7:00 a.m. They told me to wait. About 45 minutes later, another truck arrived, checked in, and they gave him a door right away while I was still waiting. They even parked another truck at the door where I was supposed to unload. I wasn’t unloaded until 12:10 p.m. in the afternoon. This place is very unorganized and unprofessional — I do not recommend it at all. 0 stars too much time waste😞😞😞😞

When you pull up, it's best to pull around to the side which means you'll have to drive on the skinny dirt road and park in that big gravel area. The shipping door is right there with a door bell. It's pretty simple. They're a relatively small company so checkin process just consists of them asking where you are going. Then when they have a door available, they'll come out and tell you to back into a door and literally got loaded in like 15 minutes. It helps when I only had 5 pallets. But overall, the staff was friendly and very quick.
